I bought a Korg Triton keyboard and recording station right out of high school in order to still have access to a piano at college. I ended up spending a lot more than I was planning, something like $6000, to get something with a lot of features, including a sequencer recorder and midi arpeggiator etc., so that it would have longevity worth the price tag. I've been using it ever since, for live performances, and to score features. There's still features on it that I have no idea how to use. This song is not a remix or mashup of anything. Just from my brain through the korg to protools. I guess I was going for a Justice Daft Punk sort of vibe.
